I know it is an industry standard that TV should stop working after approx. 3 years, but no one is better at enforcing this than Samsung! :: lWe are now on our second Samsung "Smart TV", which stops working and it is frustrating to say the least. Samsung's so-called "support" can (will) do nothing.
The hop is that apps stop working; they simply can not open. We have tried resetting Smart TV, resetting the entire TV, restoring to factory settings, getting "support" to do the same, etc., but nothing helps. Are there any who have been out for the same thing - and actually got it fixed?
It is for sure that we will NEVER buy a Samsung TV again!
