Jeg er, som dere sikkert skjønner fra Norge. Siden vi ikke har et godt forum for skjermer fant jeg ut at jeg skulle hente in eksperthjelp fra dere

I am, as you probably understood from Norway. Since we do not have a good forum for monitors, I decided that I should bring in expert assistance from you

Skolearbeid; hovedsaklig tekstskriving, men noe grafisk arbeid.
Surfe på nett
Mye diskusjon.no (Norsk forum)
Sporadisk spilling, da kun strategi.
Noe film

Tenkte ikke å bruke mye over 3k, siden jeg ikke skal spille/bruke den til grafisk arbeid.

Jeg har sett mye på 2209WA, og hadde egentlig bestemt meg for den, men:

- Leste en plass at PVA/MVA var mye bedre til kontorbruk grunnet høyere kontrast? 2209WA bruker et IPS-panel, er dette godt nok (dvs bedre en TN)?

- På Dell.com er ikke 2209WA i sortimentet lengre, kommer det en ny utgave snart?

- Er det noen andre skjermer som kan konkurrere med 22019WA mtp bang for the bucks?

Fikk tilbud om å kjøpe en brukt Dell UltraSharp 2407WFP for 3000kr, er det verd det?

Schoolwork; mainly twriting, but some simple graphic work.
Browsing the Web
Much diskusjon.no (Big norwegian forum)
Somtimes gaming, but only strategy.
Some movies.

I had hoped to not use much over 3k, since I'm not going to game / use it for graphic work.

I've looked at the 2209WA, and had actually decided to buy it, but:

- Read somwere (proabebly here) that PVA/MVA was much better for office use due to higher contrast? 2209WA uses an IPS panel, is this good enough (better than a TN)?

- I can't find 2209WA at dell.com, is it beeing replaced by another product?

- Are there any other monitors that can compete with 22019WA with bang for the bucks in mind?

The main thing i would like help with is:
I got an offer to buy the Dell UltraSharp 2407WFP for 3000kr, is it worth it? Is there some reason for buing 2209WA instead?

Do you guys have som "inside info" about the upcoming decendant of the 2209WA?
