Disney vil udgive The Mandalorian (S3), Ahsoka (S1), Hawkeye (S1) og Loki (S2) på UHD Blu-ray, nu med både Dolby Vision og Dolby Atmos.

De to Star Wars og to Marvel Disney+ serier kommer på UHD Blu-ray collector's edition steelbook i USA den 3. december 2024. Der er ikke meldinger om international udgivelse, så du skal nok importere, hvis du vil have fingre i dem. De kan forudbestilles fra den 31. oktober.

Star Wars: The Mandalorian – tredje sæson
Star Wars: Ahsoka – første sæson
Marvel Studios' Hawkeye – første sæson
Marvel Studios' Loki – anden sæson
UHD Blu-ray skiver indeholder bonusmateriale, der fremgår af tabellen nederst. Selskabet oplyser, at hver udgivelse er printet på to 100GB skiver. Der foreligger ikke planer om udgivelse på normal Blu-ray.

- "Derudover vil de fire titler være de første Disney+ Originals, der inkluderer 4K Ultra HD Dolby Vision sammen med Atmos-lyd, for en hjemmebiografoplevelse med fantastiske visuals og medrivende, filmisk lyd," oplyser Disney.


Tredje pulje af Disney+ UHD Blu-ray
De første Disney+ serier blev udgivet på UHD Blu-ray i slutningen af 2023 med første sæson af Loki og WandaVision samt de første to sæsoner af The Mandalorian.

Den første sæson af Andor, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Moon Knight, The Falcon og The Winter Soldier fulgte i april 2024.

De tidligere udgivelser er i HDR10, så Dolby Vision er nyt. Disney meddelte i september, at de endelig begynder at bruge Dolby Vision på UHD Blu-ray. De andre store filmstudier har udgivet UHD Blu-ray film i Dolby Vision-format i årevis.

SYNOPSIS
The journeys of the Mandalorian through the Star Wars galaxy continue. Once a lone bounty hunter, Din Djarin has reunited with Grogu.
