Ikke 1, men 3 nye UHD Blu-ray-afspillere har Panasonic præsenteret på CES 2017. De skal hedde UB300, UB310 og UB400.

Flere UHD Blu-ray-afspillere
Panasonic har med lanceringen af tre UHD Blu-ray-afspillere den bredeste portefølje af afspillere. Fem i alt, når man inkluderer UB900, som blev lanceret i foråret 2016 og UB700, som blev lanceret i efteråret 2016.


De følger alle stringent UHD Blu-ray-standarden, så afspiller du en UHD Blu-ray-film leverer de alle præcis samme billedkvalitet. Panasonic støtter op om det åbne HDR10-format, men ikke Dolby Vision-formatet.

Forskellene ligger i stedet design samt at UB400 har to HDMI-udgange: en til video og en til lyd. Alle tre afspillere giver adgang til Netflix og Amazon i 4K-kvalitet.

Panasonic siger ydermere, at de har udviklet en ny funktion, som kan aktiveres manuelt i et meget oplyst rum, så billedets mørke områder hæves en smule. Det skal sikre, at detaljerne i de mørke områder ikke går tabt i meget lyse omgivelser, lyder det.

- ”Furthermore, it faithfully reproduces dark and bright areas regardless of the viewing environment. The images in dark scenes are difficult to see in bright room conditions. In this situation, the user can activate the function to forcibly raise the brightness of low-brightness areas. Even when switched to a bright scene, the image is analysed and optimised,” forklarer Panasonic

Denne funktion kommer også til UB700 og UB900 med en firmwareopdatering senere.


De tre nye afspillere kommer på markedet senere i 2017.

De konkrete priser kendes endnu ikke, så det eneste vi ved på nuværende tidspunkt er, at de placerer sig prismæssigt under UB700. Den står til vejledende 4.795 kroner.
