Den første 32-tommer OLED-monitor med 4K og 240Hz opdatering er blevet afsløret af Dough, men den kommer først i 2024 og bliver måske ikke engang den første på markedet.
Skærmen, der er baseret på LG Displays WOLED panel, er en udvidelse af Doughs 'Spectrum'-serie, der i øjeblikket findes i 27-tommer. Selskabet lovede at sende 27-tommeren afsted i juli, men den er nu udskudt til oktober.

Annonceringen er dog bemærkelsesværdig fordi det er den første 32-tommer 4K OLED-monitor. Det giver os mere indsigt i, hvad LG Displays panel vil byde på, når det næste år kommer til at ruske i markedet for gaming-monitorer.

32" OLED-monitor
32-tommer panelet, eller helt præcist 31,5-tommer, har 16:9 billedformat med 3840x2160 pixels. Det specificeres med op til 1000 nits maksimal lysstyrke (3% vindue) til HDR. Det har 240Hz opdateringshastighed og 0,03 ms (g2g) responstid.
Doughs udgave kommer med både blankt coverglas og mat belægning, hhv. ES07E3D og ES07E3F. Monitoren understøtter VRR (48-240Hz spænd) og har HDMI 2.1 og DisplayPort 1.4 porte. Dough bekræfter ikke, om 32-tommeren ligesom 27-tommeren vil understøtte BFI .
Doughs 27-tommer og 32-tommer OLED monitorer
Dough vil starte med at tage imod forudbestillinger til hhv. 699 eller 799 dollars med cover-glas; en pris, der vil stige i takt med, at lanceringen nærmer sig i april 2024.
Selv april 2024 virker dog optimistisk for et panel, der først sættes i produktion af LG Display næste år, så vi vil ikke blive overraskede, hvis andre selskaber – eksempelvis LG Electronics – overhaler Dough og ender med at rent faktisk lancere den første 32-tommer 4K OLED. Forvent på samme måde, at der vil blive præsenteret mange flere af slagsen i nærmeste fremtid.
